How to Order
At Canada Rx Connection our goal is to make your ordering process fast and easy.
To take advantage of incredible savings you will need to do the following:
New customers - placing your first order:
- Obtain a valid prescription from your doctor.
- Fill in ORDER ONLINE (attach prescription and submit) or download and complete the Customer Order & Authorization Agreement.
Email the Customer Order & Authorization Agreement along with your valid prescription to email@example.com or fax it to Canada Rx Connection at toll free 1-866-896-7099 or call our toll free at 1-866-247-2323 for assistance which we will gladly provide.

Refills for prescriptions that have been previously filled
You can order refills by calling us toll free at 1-866-247-2323 or by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all other inquiries regarding existing orders or tracking numbers on shipments please email email@example.com.
Existing customers with new prescriptions
Submit a copy of your new prescription, by fax, mail or e-mail.
Customer information and approval
Your prescription may also need to be authorized by a licensed Canadian physician. Therefore completing the customer questionnaire (contained in the Customer Order & Authorization Agreement) is mandatory. After your information has been approved your prescription will be filled by a licensed pharmacy or government approved dispensing facility with whom we are affiliated. If additional information is required the prescribing doctor may be contacted. All of your information will be kept in your chart. All information provided is kept strictly confidential and in accordance with applicable laws.
Refills and quantities
The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) limits the quantity of medication that may be imported by a resident of the United States to a 3-month supply for personal use. Every 3 months you may receive a refill of your medications provided that your prescription allows for those refills. Once those refills have been filled for the allotted frequency you will have to send a new prescription.
The shipping, handling and postage fee is $15.00 per shipment.

Our affiliated pharmacies and government approved dispensing facilities will provide generic products whenever they are available, unless specifically requested otherwise (ie. in the event that your physician has written “no substitution”). You and/or your physician will be able to choose the brand name product or the equivalent generic. You may verify with your doctor that the generic is right for you.
We require approximately 5-7 business days for processing your initial order, and 2-3 weeks for shipping from our affiliated pharmacies and/or government approved dispensing facilities. Refills will also generally require 5-7 business days for processing, and 2-3 weeks for shipping. In many cases your order will be shipped faster. If you have not received your order within this time period please contact us toll free at 1-866-247-2323.
Due to the nature of medications, all sales are final and products are not returnable. As your order will be filled by and shipped from licensed affiliate pharmacies and/or government approved dispensing facilities, we guarantee that your order will be filled exactly as written by your doctor.
